L'accès au col est assez rapide et facile malgré la montée. La première partie du chemin depuis le col jusqu'à la plage est plutôt simple malgré la descente, la seconde partie est périlleuse, car il faut escalader dans les rochers. Petite précision, c'est une plage de galets, et il y a un fort risque d'éboulement.
